@Max

If you'd like to get ahold of Proof faster, you can always buy the trades - which are great, and we highly recommend. We're not a grocery store, and we haven't promised Proof #5 or #6 by a certain date and then missed that date. It will be available if and when Apple approves it. That's how the App Store works.

If you want to get technical, according to the agreements with Apple, THEY are the store, and we are the shipping. We ship the merchandise to them, then they put it in their store at their discretion. They sell the merchandise, and then pay us a commission - not the other way around.

If you'd like Apple to improve their approval process (which we would very much like to see ourselves) then please visit http://www.apple.com and let them know that you're unhappy with how it currently works.

The grocery store manager doesn't punish his customers (or worst shrug his shoulders)
When his peach shipment is late (or "apple" shipment)..
He compensates &consoles his customer.. Is it the customers fault ? NO
So arrangements in the customers favor should be made.. To keep the customer

You have a business to run so.. Without customer service the business is doomed.
Don't you think Proof#5 or #6 should be free?... Tell me I'm wrong

Max,

I really wish we could release books on a bi-weekly schedule. The biggest problem with that is that Apple does not approve things that quickly. We are at their mercy on when things are released. I understand the demand for getting the book faster - and we are moving as FAST AS POSSIBLE.

Proof #5 is done on our end. We're waiting on Approvals now. Proof #6 is being worked on right now - we're on top of it...but we do not control the release schedule.
